Your application will only be reviewed if you include the following documentation:

  • Social Security card 

  • Valid government-issued photo ID 

  •  Birth certificate 

  •  Signed federal tax returns and W-2 forms for 2024 and 2025 

  • Four most recent pay stubs 

  • Documentation of any additional income 

  •  Bank statements for the most recent 3 months 

  •  Marriage certificate or divorce decree (if applicable) 

  •  Current lease or rental payment history
